I am a new student. I haven't received my HUA ID. What should I do?

Instructions on how to access your HUA ID

When you register for any course at HUA for the first time, you will receive an HUA ID (yourname@hua.edu). We typically start sending notifications regarding new IDs about a week before the course start date.

Please look for an email with the subject line: 'Important: Your HUA ID and Password enclosed'. Please check your spam folders as well. The email will be sent to the email address you used while course registration.

This email will contain your HUA ID and your temporary password.

Please note: 
If you have registered for a course that is beginning within the next 48 hours, please note that it will take us a minimum of 48 hours to create your ID and add you to our learning management system. So, as a one-time courtesy, we will email you the Zoom meeting link 10 MINUTES PRIOR to the class start time.

First-time login:
When you log in at mail.hua.edu using this ID and password, you will be prompted to change your password. Please save this new password as you will be using this to access your course materials.

Password Reset:
If you forget your password, you can use the 'Forgot my password' option to generate a password reset link. This link will be sent to the email address that you used at the time of registration.
