Can I get a refund on my course fee?

We allow a full refund of the course fee (without the service fee) up to 1 week after the course start date. We can also move your registration to a later quarter. We allow a partial refund after that time frame.

Yes, upon request, Hindu University of America will refund your course fee, up to 1 week after the course start date. Please send in your request BEFORE the second class session for your course if you would like a full refund. 

We will not be able to refund the service fee charged during a credit card or Paypal transaction.

Here are the options available for students requesting a refund. 

1. If the student has a time conflict with the current quarter timings, we can move the registration to a later quarter, when the course is offered again
2. If the student plans to take a different course, we can hold the fee as "tuition fee -held" that can be used for future registrations
3. For students who would like to receive the refund amount, we can either do a Zelle transfer or mail a check to your mailing address.
